Choose one of the following two options: Develop a strategy for communicating high expectations to someone you lead but do not like. Analyze what expectations you have for that person now and how you communicate these expectations. Identify steps that you can take to create a positive Pygmalion Effect.
Is it possible to modify your expectations? To mask your negative feelings? Write up your conclusions. Describe how one of your leaders communicates expectations to you.
